OFTP2

Hi.

We are using the commercial version 2020 in production and it works fine.
But we had one configuration issue that said something about public key 3, even though it was not in use, and it should not be used in production.
I deleted the key and now the configuration issue is No key found in SSL keystore.
Everything still works fine with using our private key and a partner key.

Why do I get this warning and is it something to worry about?

I just want to do proper connection with my partner in both ways. I can sent them files but when they are trying to send me something I can see only attempt in log that my partner is trying to connect. Log shows that after SSRM command session become"idle" and after 45 sec session is closed without any reason. I'm using OFTP2 ver 1.0 b37 my partner use Axway. Below log from my system, please let me know how to fix this problem.

Hier mein Log - mein Partner hat definiv das richtige Certificat. Das Problem taucht bei 1 von 10 Sendungen auf.
Nach ein paar Stunden normalisiert es sich wieder von alleine und läuft wieder. Dies ist aber sehr unbefriedigend.

I miss the preference to setup the maximum of connection retries for a failed outbound transmission like in mendelson AS2 (see attached). How is this adjustable in mendelson OFTP2?

where can I set the server's password for inbound OFTP2 connections? I couldn't find where to set it for the server side.

The only relevant mention I found was: https://www.openhub.net/p/mendelson_oftp2/rss_articles?page=4

I know the password is meaningless in OFTP2 scope but still. Does the Mendelson OFTP2 server really accept

password in inbound connections?

Hi,
We are using OFTP2 Mendelson software as our EDI software. Sometimes when we have multiple files being sent to the Mendelson software, it is able to preprocess the files in the same order that it received, but while actually transmitting the files to the partner, it is not trasmitting the files in the same order it received. As the partner is expecting the files to be received in the same order, it is causing the data issues on the partner end. Thanks for the help in advance.

I am new to OFTP2 and certificates, so I am sorry if I have some errors in basics.

I have setup the OFTP2 software on my end and i am able to successfully transmit the files to the partner endpoint. But when the partner server is trying to connect to my OFTP2 end point, they are not able to connect to my server and i am seeing the following error message in my log. I have imported the client public key of the partner end point on my end, but i am still getting this error. Really appreciate your timely help.

Hi,

I'm new to OFTP2 and trying to see if we can use this community version of OFTP2, but I have troubles to find installation/configuration/administration related documentations. I did see a "readme.txt" file after I downloaded the oftp2 zip file, but that is not enough for me to understand the actual installation and configuration.

Does anyone know if such installation/configuration/administration document exists and available without purchasing the commercial support?
