3rd party lib updates

This build just updates two libs

  • Updated the integrated database engine HSQDB from 2.5.1 to 2.6
  • Updated the logging interface log4j from 1.2 to 2.14.1. This is not used by the mendelson AS2 - just by other included 3rd party libs
