postgreSQL support for mendelson OFTP2
- Added support for external postgreSQL databases (plugin)
- Added data migration dialog to move HSQLDB configuration to new postgreSQL configuration if the plugin is used
- New chapter in the documentation for the postgresSQL plugin
- It was possible to open dialogs in the main panel multiple times by fast double clicks - this has been prevented
- A localization entry was missing for the configuration check (key missing in local station)
- Display a list of used plugins in the "about" screen
- Display information about the connected database in the "about" screen
