ConnectException invoking http://as4.mendelson-e-c.com:8080/as4/HttpReceiver: Connection refused: connect

Hi Team,

I am trying to connet local AS4 mendelson endpoint from my java application.
I am facing some issues like connection refuse "ConnectException invoking http://as4.mendelson-e-c.com:8080/as4/HttpReceiver: Connection refused: connect"

Can you guide me to some link which has sample java code and basic configuration of mendelson available?

Hi Team,

can you please help me to resolve decryption issue.
When i send a message with encrypted with key4 certificate. i get the below error in mendelson.
[4:23:16 PM] [UserMessage processing] The PMode set "Default (Default)" has been set for this message/conversation because the values action [http://docs.oasis-open.org/ebxml-msg/as4/200902/action] and service [http://docs.oasis-open.org/ebxml-msg/as4/200902/service] match the PMode set configuration
[4:23:16 PM] [Security verification] Using key "Key4" of local station mycompany to decrypt the data of remote partner mendelsontest's message
[4:23:16 PM] [Security verification] Start decrypting process of payload data with payload id "Attachment1"
[4:23:16 PM] [Security verification] Payload data with payload id "Attachment1" has been decrypted
[4:23:16 PM] [Inbound data processing] A problem occured during processing of inbound AS4 data (Module Content, Other: EBMS:0004 [IllegalStateException: Cipher not initialized])
[4:23:16 PM] [Inbound data processing] The system will generate an Error Signal as answer to signal the problem
[4:23:16 PM] [Error Signal Generation] Starting new Error Signal generation
[4:23:16 PM] [Error Signal Generation] Error state set to [EBMS:0004 [Content, Other: None]]

Any sugguestion?
