Fixed client-server login problems
- Sometimes the internal TLS client-server connection was not able to connect because of internal runtime conditions, this has been fixed
- A new system event "transactional rollback" has been added to the event log, this is DB related
- The system event manager was unable to register system errors that were NullPointers
- Dependencies: Update BC to 1.80 (crypto API)
