Fixed client-server login problems
- A single PEPPOL partner could not be discovered - a compatibility mode has been added for him
- Added better error messages if the PEPPOL discovery fails
- Sometimes the internal TLS client-server connection was not able to connect because of internal runtime conditions, this has been fixed
- Dependencies: Update BC to 1.80 (crypto API)
