PEPPOLv2 discovery service modes per partner
- Added the possibility for Peppolv2 partner to either perform a service discovery at the PEPPOL production directory, the PEPPOL test directory or an auto mode which will try the PEPPOL production service and switch to the PEPPOL test service if this fails.
