Additional SFNA reasons
- Added several Start File Negative Answer (SFNA) reasons for requested inbound file transfer: SFNAREAS=15 Cipher suite not supported, SFNAREAS=18 Compression not allowed, SFNAREAS=13 Duplicate File
- Certificate manager: Its possible to export the private key as PEM now
- Certificate manager: If you import a private key via pkcs#12, the full trust chain is imported also now (if it exists)
- Certificate manager: If you export a certificate tp PEM, the full trust chain is exported also now (if it exists)
- Dependencies: Updated commons-codec to 1.17.1
- Dependencies: Updated Hikari to v6.0.0 (DB connection pooling)
