REST API timeout handling
- REST API: Set up better timeout processing - the system answers now with a HTTP 504 (gateway timeout) if the internal client-server connection runs into a timeout
- New color settings for log entries and the XML tree display (SOAP data) in the high contrast display mode of the client
- Dependencies: Updated the internal database to HSQLDB 2.7.3
