New REST functions
- For BDEW the xenc:EncryptedKey element now uses the reference Id instead of wse:Id
- If there are CRL problems for the certificates this is shown up in the configuration issues of the client now
- For HSM access via pkcs#11 not all error messages for server side certificate access have been displayed in the client
- It is possible now to perform a connection test to a partner via the REST API
- It is possible now create send orders via the REST API
