Create AES-256 / SHA2-256 certificate

Hi,
I need to create a AES-256 Encryption Algorithm with a SHA2-256 Signing Algorithm but I don't find how on my Mendelson AS2 2023 Build 592. Could someone tell me how please I need this rush.
