New Windows installer
- Switched to a new Windows installer because the formerly one had sometimes problems with file overwrite rights
- Added some localizations
- The security setup of internal keystores have been removed, it's just kept if you have licensed the HA
- In the certificate manager there is now a reference to the partners that are using the certificates/keys in the configuration
