3rd party lib updates
This build just updates the following libs
- Updated the integrated database engine HSQDB from 2.5.1 to 2.6
- Updated the logging interface log4j from 1.2 to 2.14.1. This is not used by the mendelson OFTP2 - just by other included 3rd party libs (e.g. MINA)
- Updated the PostgreSQL jdbc driver from 42.2.18 to 42.2.20
