REST API, dir poll
- Added the possibility to disable the directory poll per partner in the client
- Its now possible to send AS4 test messages and also BDEW path messages via the REST API, added a new endpoint
- Its now possible to pass message properties and message part properties to the sendorder endpoint of the REST API
- The client finds out now the encoding of transferred payload and displays it with the right encoding
