HA support, ICS2 usage profile changes
- Inbound conversion Ids were not ignored for the AS4 profile ICS2, please see section "4.2.3.4" of the ICS2 Interface Control Document for further information
- Added HA (high availability) support to the mendelson AS4
- The client-server communication has been reduced by adding an additional compression layer
- 3rd party lib: Updated to MINA 2.2.2 (client-server communication)
- 3rd party lib: Updated to HSQLDB 2.7.2 (embedded database)
- There was a problem in the TLS certificate manager that it was not possible to delete all expired certificates at once
