Reduced client-server comm, 3rd party updates
- The client-server communication has been reduced by adding an additional compression layer
- 3rd party lib: Updated to MINA 2.2.2 (client-server communication)
- 3rd party lib: Updated to HSQLDB 2.7.2 (embedded database)
- Moved the XML API plugin to the plugin directory
- There was a problem in the TLS certificate manager that it was not possible to delete all expired certificates at once
