Additional variables for postprocessing
- The variables ${virtualfiledate} and ${virtualfiletime} have been added for the postprocessing
- Fixed a sync problem of outbound connections to partners
- Added a section to the postgres SQL help section that contains information on howto prepare the postgres DB to use another user but the default user "postgres"
