AS2

We've been running AS2 1.1 build 31 and for the first time need to provide SHA2 support, so I'm looking to update to the current version. Is there information on how best to safely do this?

I use Mandelson with partners and at the moment we configured our local station with HTTP address.
Now, some partners are asking to exchange data with HTTPS, but I don't know how to tell on the partners configuration to use HTTPS- I tried creating another local station with HTTPS address, but If I do a send file manually I can tell the program to use a different local station, but the same thing it's not present on the partner tabs. So at this point I have the doubt that we can only use one local station, and consequently or HTTP OR HTTPS.
Am I right?

We have a partner which requires an https connection + username/password authentication. We have tested the username/password using a browser (which throws a method not allowed, but at least we now the password is working). However, in AS2 we get a 401 error no matter what we try.

Are there any issues with username/password authentication or limitations on password length?

I just installed Mendelson AS2 1.1 B59 on my laptop under Windows 10.

The installation went well, but when I try to open the application using either a shortcut or directly clicking on AS2.exe, I get the initial screen for 2 seconds, then it disappeared.

I attached the installation log. One thing bizzare, My laptop is using Windows 10 but in the log, it says that the application has been installed under Windows 8.1.

Can anybody help me solve my issue?

After upgrading from mendelson_opensource_as2_1.1b53 (java8) to b59 (java11), we got this error:

'void org.apache.http.conn.ssl.SSLConnectionSocketFactory.(javax.net.ssl.SSLContext, java.lang.String[], java.lang.String[], javax.net.ssl.HostnameVerifier)'

Someone have an idea about it. Can that be configured

I upgraded from b53 to b59 (upgrade_howto.txt) and the mendelson_as2_start.sh is bringing up this error:
Exception in thread 'main' java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/batik/bridge/useragent

And Ideas where I can go further?

From Time to Time, i get a massive Log Output if there is a lot of traffic incoming which not relies to AS2 (Hacking, Flaming, etc.).
Is there a way to limit the size of the Logfile?
Actually getting logfiles larger than 10GB.

Could you please provide documentation or steps to configure Client Certificate Authentication?
I see "TLS client authentication" as a feature, but I only found basic authentication in the Partner management.

The email notification I am getting is "The certificate mendelson public primary certification authority - r1 on mendelson opensource AS2@serverXYZ has been expired and is unusable. Please renew it."

This expired 5-24-2021, as some of you may know. This cert came with the application.

Is it safe to delete?

Hi everyone, I am totally new to AS2.
I have been engaged by a customer of mine to move software from and old server to a new server. The old server has AS2 installed along with other software. I can handle the move of the other software, but have no experience with AS2. The old server is running AS2 community version 1.1 build 39.

How to I get AS2 working on the new server.
Can I download and install the latest AS2 community version and somehow copy configuration across?
any help would be appreciated
