In case anyone else runs into this I thought I would share how to fix it.

I do not use the standard 8080 port and after performing the upgrade I was not able to receive connections.

To fix this the jetty directory has changed to jetty9. Got to jetty9/etc/jetty.xml and update the addConnector entry to your correct port.

Sorry if this is obvious but it just took me 45 minutes to realize it. If I can save someone that time I will.
